David’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, real estate, and private investment funds. I represent small businesses, hedge funds, private equity funds, family offices and other investors, financial institutions, and issuers (from startups to established public companies) in connection with securities offerings and other finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, fund and product launches, real estate transactions and joint ventures, and other transactions. He often serves as outside general counsel to many of the above.

Representative transactions and matters include public and private debt and equity financing transactions , mergers and acquisitions, real estate joint ventures, real estate transactions, structuring new onshore and offshore investment funds and products. He also advises clients in reorganizations and debt restructurings and a range of general corporate matters and agreements. David has significant cross-border transactional experience, having done sizeable transactions in the United Kingdom, European Union, Israel, Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands.
